Sunflower Oil 375ml

LITTLE BIT OF COLD PRESSED SUNSHINE

Cold pressed sunflower oils don’t cloud which makes it popular as a marinade base and for cheeses such as fetta.

You will find a large range of products on the market that contain refined sunflower oil from ice-creams, cheeses, deep fried snacks, and cosmetics. Cold pressed sunflower seed oil is used for:

  • bread making
  • salad dressings
  • deep frying
  • sauces

Unrefined cold pressed oil, such as this, can taste slightly bitter on occasions. This is caused by a migration of waxes from the seed hulls. Commonly refined sunflower oil is preferred as it contains less particles and gums.
