A Chinese dish, filled with the irresistible aroma of sesame oil. If possible, cook in a clay pot. Sliced potatoes can be added to make a hearty meal.
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 + 1/4 cups water
- 6 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Proteco Sesame Oil
- 1 dash Sesame Oil
Cut each chicken wing into 3 pieces.
In a large pot, combine the chicken pieces, water, soy sauce, garlic and spring onion. Stir together, bring to a simmer, and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add the 1/4 cup sesame oil and simmer for another 15 minutes over low heat. Bring mixture to a boil and add dash of sesame oil. Remove from heat, cool and serve. Serve with rice.
